We want you to love your Peloton Apparel. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original hangtags are included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected.
